'Hands' Gains Grammy Nom!

The Hands That Built America has been nominated for a Grammy in the 46th Awards.

'The Hands That Built America', written for Martin Scorcese's film Gangs Of New York, is nominated in the 'Song Written for a Motion Picture, Television or other Visual Media category'.

It is up against:

  • Act A Fool by Christopher Bridges and Keith McMasters from 2 Fast 2 Furious
  • I Move On by Fred Ebb and John Kander from Chicago
  • Lose Yourself by J. Bass, M. Mathers, and L. Resto from 8 Mile
  • A Mighty Wind by Christopher Guest, Eugene Levy and Michael McKean from A Mighty Wind
